How does this shop work?
The shop will remain open for a set amount of time. The store will open 5-6 times a year. After the open period we will gather all the orders and send them out to the appropriate vendors for production. Since everything is custom for CJR most items will take 6 weeks to produce unless we have them in stock. All items are shipped directly to the CJR Hockey Shop in Chelsea Piers CT. Once items are ready for pick up you will be emailed accordingly and the team managers will distribute. If for any reason the team manager is not available or you are not currently on a team you can schedule an appointment for pick up by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Why can't I have it shipped directly to me?
Our new vendors have informed us that in order to expedite the production and delivery process it is better to ship directly to one location.
What is the return/refund/exchange policy?
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom items cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a drop off date.
